Are you open to the public?
Yes! We sell to the public; no appointments are necessary. Stop by anytime Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
How long does it take to get my hydraulic hose repaired or made?
Hoses are made on a first-come first-serve basis. Unless there are customers in line ahead of you, your hose will be made immediately within minutes.
Can you make my hydraulic hose?
Probably. We have an inventory of over 2,000 different fittings and many quality hoses of varying PSI. It is difficult to determine what fittings or hose you will need via a phone call, so we ask that you bring the hose in to determine if we can make it.
Do you offer charge accounts?
Yes! We offer in-house charge accounts. For an application, stop by in-person or email ChathamIndustrialSupply@gmail.com
How much is your propane?
We have some of the cheapest propane prices in Chatham County! There is a flat rate for a 20lb small tank, but if you bring more than 1 tank, we offer a cheaper price.
Do you offer bulk oil?
Yes! We can arrange bulk deliveries to your tank. We also stock 55-gallon drums of popular oils that you can take home today.
What is your return policy?
We post our updated return policy at each register in-store. You can also find it at the bottom of your receipt.
